Digital marketing

Connect the campaign to the next action.

Align audience, message, destination and follow up around a useful outcome.

Give every channel a job

Search can answer an existing need. Social and video can introduce an offer. The landing page should continue the same message and explain the next step. Choose channels around the objective and available resources.

Measure a meaningful action

Before launch, define a qualified inquiry: a request related to your offer, with usable contact details and a need your business can serve. Review inquiries, appointments or purchases against the objective. Record gaps in tracking instead of assuming each click creates revenue.

Include follow up in the plan

Define who responds, what information they receive and how the next step is recorded. Respect communication preferences. Compare lead quality and customer feedback before increasing the budget.

Illustrative example: from ad to appointment

A fictional business runs an ad for a service consultation. The landing page explains the same service, the form records the request and a named team member follows up. If the ad promises a quote but the page offers only general information, fix that mismatch before increasing spend. Record the inquiry, whether it matches the offer and the appointment outcome in one shared log. This is a planning example, not client work.
